In 2020, as part of the implementation of the RFBR scientific project No. 18-38-00275 at the Research Institute of Chemistry of the National Research University, tests were conducted on the pretreatment of the organic fraction of MSW (OF-MSW) in an experimental cold mixing plant produced by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC for subsequent fermentation by solid-phase anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas. Pretreatment in CMD5 allowed increasing the methane yield by 15.8%.

The obtained results showed the prospects of using CMD5 to increase the efficiency of anaerobic digestion with biogas production.

With its help, experiments on the homogenization of lubricating compositions of various compositions were carried out in 2020.

The results of the experiments have shown the high efficiency of this equipment, which makes it possible to consider devices manufactured by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC as promising technological devices for industrial use in the manufacture of lubricants.

Within the framework of the RFBR grant "Development of the basics of the process of two-stage anaerobic processing of liquid organic waste and purification of highly concentrated wastewater to produce products with high added value in the form of hydrogen and methane-containing biogas", we purchased a cold mixing plant manufactured by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC.

This made it possible to study the efficiency of processing bioreactor substrates in a vortex layer of ferromagnetic particles. The treatment of bioreactor substrates in CMD5 provides an increase in the yield of methane-containing biogas.
