See what the reactor operation looks like from the inside in our new 3D video
We talk a lot about the advantages of our production lines, show photos and videos of the plants built. This time we want you to look inside the reactor and show clearly what processes are taking place in it.
Watch our small 3D video to see how the mixing of components at the molecular level is achieved in the VORTEXPROM CMD35 reactor.
Let us note that VORTEXPROM specializes in the manufacture of equipment for the production of lubricating oils.
Any type of lubricating oils can be produced on VORTEXPROM equipment, for example, engine oils, gear oils, transmission oils, hydraulic oils, compressor oils, vacuum oils and so on.
The cold mixing plant and chemical reactors, pipelines and filters are made of stainless steel, so any group of base oils can be used on this equipment: 1-2 mineral oils (I12, I20, I40, I50, SN150, SN400, SN500, BS, KS19, etc.), 3-3+ base oils purified with hydrogen (hydrocracking) (HVI4, VHVI4, HVI6, VHVI6, HVI8, VHVI8 and others), the fourth group of oils - PAO (polyalphaolefins) (PAO2, PAO4, PAO6, PAO8 and others).
