Magnetic separators for liquids based on magnetic rods are designed for use with non-porous liquids. The trap design forces the liquid to flow through a grid of frequently installed rod magnets to ensure close contact of the product with the magnetic field. To capture a large number of metal fragments and minimize the time of forced equipment downtime, we recommend using traps based on rod magnets with a self-cleaning function, which can be cleaned quickly, after which the equipment can be resumed. The body of the trap provides a sump in which heavy impurities that are not related to ferrous metals, such as small stones, can be collected. It may also contain fragments of non-ferrous metals.

Electromagnetic liquid separators of VORTEXPROM built into the production line use powerful magnets with the addition of rare earth metal to remove even very small ferrous metal particles from liquids with a high viscosity level. The direct-flow design allows liquids with a high viscosity level to easily pass through the trap.

— Each copy of the scale is checked for metrological characteristics and set up before being in the warehouse. The scales are supplied with primary state verification for a period of 1 year.

— The sensors work perfectly and maintain high accuracy at a variety of temperatures from -30 C to +50 0C, even in conditions of high humidity. The sensor housing is sealed by laser welding. The degree of protection of the shell is IP68. In addition, at the stage of testing and control, the leakproofness of each sensor is checked using technologies from the rocket engineering field (leakproofness check with a helium leak detector).
— In the production of the VPN weighing platform, a sheet of steel with a thickness of at least 4 mm is used. To make the structure stronger, the platform frame can contain up to 10 cross beams. The platform deck does not bend during multiple arrivals of heavy trolleys.

— RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces. The ability to connect a personal computer via a standard RS-232 channel. The RS-485 channel makes it possible to connect industrial controllers at a distance of up to 1200 meters, and has a noise resistant interface.
— USB interface. The USB interface allows you to connect the device to a personal computer.
