Carrying out research works in the fields of study of students, as well as in the search topics of graduate students and teachers at university institutes
Vice-principal in SIA, Head of the Department of "Highways, Bridges and Tunnels", Ph.D., Associate Professor E. Vdovin

When performing research in the areas of study of students (bachelor's and master's degrees), as well as in the search topics of graduate students and teachers at university institutes: transport structures (ITS) and construction technologies and engineering and environmental systems (ICTEES) in a number of areas: in polymer subjects (development of filled protective polymer coatings) and in road construction (dispersed modification in compositions to strengthen clay soils for road clothes), vortex layer devices manufactured by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC have been successfully used..

The use of these devices allows us to solve a number of tasks, both to increase the manufacturability of the materials being developed, and to increase the manufacturability of the materials being developed, and to increase the level of a number of performance indicators.

The devices are characterized by ease of operation, reliability and versatility in terms of expanding the range of their use in construction technologies.

Processing of the organic fraction of MSW in CMD5 VORTEXPROM increased the methane yield by 15.8%
Head of the Laboratory of resource-saving Biotechnologies, Ph.D. Katraeva. I. V.

In 2020, as part of the implementation of the RFBR scientific project No. 18-38-00275 at the Research Institute of Chemistry of the National Research University, tests were conducted on the pretreatment of the organic fraction of MSW (OF-MSW) in an experimental cold mixing plant produced by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC for subsequent fermentation by solid-phase anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas. Pretreatment in CMD5 allowed increasing the methane yield by 15.8%.

The obtained results showed the prospects of using CMD5 to increase the efficiency of anaerobic digestion with biogas production.

Director of the PTI, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Gorokhovsky А. V.

Director of the PTI, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor A.Gorokhovsky The Institute of Physics and Technology of the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu. A. informs that we have purchased a laboratory cold mixing unit manufactured by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC. With its help, experiments on the homogenization of lubricating compositions of various compositions were carried out in 2020.

The results of the experiments have shown the high efficiency of this equipment, which makes it possible to consider devices manufactured by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC as promising technological devices for industrial use in the manufacture of lubricants.

Processing of bioreactor substrates in VORTEXPROM CMD5 provides an increase in the yield of methane-containing biogas
Head of the Laboratory of Bioenergetic and Supercritical Technologies of the FSBI FNAC VIM, Candidate of Technical Sciences Kovalev D. А.

Within the framework of the RFBR grant "Development of the basics of the process of two-stage anaerobic processing of liquid organic waste and purification of highly concentrated wastewater to produce products with high added value in the form of hydrogen and methane-containing biogas", we purchased a cold mixing plant manufactured by VORTEXPROM RUS LLC.

This made it possible to study the efficiency of processing bioreactor substrates in a vortex layer of ferromagnetic particles. The treatment of bioreactor substrates in CMD5 provides an increase in the yield of methane-containing biogas.

VORTEXPROM CMD5 is reliable in working and easy to operate.

The results of the research "Modification of chemical raw materials using VORTEXPROM CMD5 for energy saving during import substitution" meet the requirements of PNIER
Head of the Research Laboratory of Polymer Materials of the Research Institute of Chemistry of Lobachevsky UNN E. Zakharychev

As part of the execution of the Federal Target Program "Research and Development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia for 2014-2020" Laboratory of Polymer Materials of the Research Institute of Chemistry of the Lobachevsky UNN, together with VORTEXPROM RUS LLC, developed, manufactured and used an improved design of a cold mixing plant in conducting research.

This made it possible to conduct research on the efficiency of processing various materials in a vortex layer of ferromagnetic particles to obtain results that meet the requirements of PNIER on the topic «Modification of chemical raw materials using vortex reactors for energy and resource conservation in the production of import-substituting products.»

E. Zakharychev, the Head of the Research Laboratory of Polymer Materials of the Research Institute of Chemistry of Lobachevsky UNN.
