The efficiency of the gross boiler when working through VLA is higher than on operational fuel oil by an average of 3%
The water-oil emulsion produced with the help of the vortex layer apparatus (VLA) allows saving 30% of fuel oil in the operation of the CHP.
With the help of VLA, it is possible to combine water with fuel oil, resulting in a water-oil emulsion used as fuel for thermal power plants.
This fuel is lighter, more effective and ecological than 100% fuel oil: it completely burns down, and emissions into the environment for some indicators are reduced to almost zero.
More information about the tests of the use of a water-oil emulsion can be found in the Research section.
